This was one of our favorite trips! We flew in Naples (which isnt the nicest city) then took a train to Sorrento, Italy. From there we took a bus to Positano which was absolutely beautiful. Positano is one of the little towns along the amalfi Coast. We also took a day trip to the little island of Capri, Italy which was also amazing. This was more of a relaxing trip for us as there wasnt much history here but the scenery alone entertained us for a long weekend.
Arrived to Positano, Italy (one of the towns along the Amalfi Coast)
Awaiting the bus to head to Sorrento and then to take a ferry to the island of Capri
Ferry to Capri, Italy
Capri, Italy (just a short ferry from Amalfi Coast
Took a small fishing boat around the island
In one of the several caves we encountered on our tour
The water was this blue. It was amazing!
Our fisherman who led our amazing private tour of Capri.
Probably the best restaurant we have eaten at in all of Europe! It was a family owned restaurant where the entire family (brother, sisters, cousins) were all involved in the whole meal. The cousin picked us up in his car from the hotel and drove us to and from dinner. It was an amazing experience.
